[Production Results] We designed the frame after several prototypes to test the pressing force and other factors!

We designed the frame for a bone conduction intercom. It is intended for use in noisy environments such as construction sites. Unlike conventional intercoms (headsets) that use regular speakers, this intercom utilizes a bone conduction module, so we repeated several prototypes to refine the frame design, considering factors like pressure application. Additionally, we incorporated a feature that allows it to be disassembled in the center for portability, making it compact when carried. We created a simple mock-up along with design drawings to validate the fit.
